PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME

Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time

Production process includes order fulfillment based on your personalization, quality checks to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition, and packaging.

Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address. Keep in mind that Production and Shipping times vary based on item types and delivery locations. Note: The provided timeframe is an estimate.

Production Time:

Because each order is prepared individually, our production time usually takes 3-5 business days before shipping. We collaborate with talented artists and reliable manufacturers to bring your family-inspired creations to life.

Shipping Time:

  • In US orders: Typically delivered within 7–12 business days after shipping.
  • Other countries: Delivery takes about 10–14 business days after shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 6–8 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping is available to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and over 20 other countries. You can see all available destination countries at checkout. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact our customer service team at support@timond.co

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on Tracking page using your order number and email. 

SHIPPING FEE

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99.

Orders are handcrafted within 3–5 business days after payment, then shipped via the method you select at checkout.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Please note: Orders may take up to 3–5 business days to process before shipping due to customization.

  • Once your order has shipped, the shipping address and destination country cannot be changed.

Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping location and the items’ weight. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Timond is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.

Changing your address is eligible within 24 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not possible after this period.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • No overnight shipping is offered at this time.

  • Personalized orders that require a remake or further customization may be delayed. Only items passing quality inspection are shipped—we make sure to deliver a perfect gift.

  • Delivery dates may be affected by severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected events.
