- Your Timond bracelet is equipped with NFC technology and acts as a key to your personal memories. Through the Timond Web app, you can upload photos, messages, videos, and more. To access these memories, simply hold your NFC-enabled smartphone close to the bracelet. This way, your special moments are always with you.
Does the NFC bracelet need to be charged?
- No, our smart bracelet does not require charging. The NFC technology integrated into the jewelry doesn't need batteries or power. It connects wirelessly with your smartphone without requiring any additional energy. This means you can wear your jewelry anytime and focus on storing your precious memories without worrying about recharging it.
Does the bracelet emit any radiation while I wear it?
- No, Timond NFC bracelet does not emit any radiation while you wear it. The NFC technology is passive, meaning it only activates when in contact with an NFC-enabled device. There is no constant radiation or signal transmission, so you can wear the bracelet without worry.
Do I need an app to use it?
- No app needed. Simply tap your bracelet to the back of your smartphone (iOS/Android with NFC enabled), and your Love Space will open instantly.
Usage
Can anyone who scans my bracelet access my personal memories?
- No, only you have full access to your memories. Your content is completely protected by your account and password.
How long will I have access to my memories?
- Rest assured, your memories are guaranteed to be safely available for at least 20 years. Our top priority is to provide secure, long-term storage for your precious moments. We have no plans to discontinue our business and are continuously improving our platform. Additionally, we're developing an export feature so you can safeguard your memories independently. There's no need to worry – your memories will remain safe and accessible, no matter what happens in the future.
How secure is our private space?
- Absolutely. Your Love Space is secure, private, and encrypted—only you and your partner have access. Your shared memories are safe and cannot be accessed by anyone else.
What happens if I lose my jewelry?
- No worries, no one can access your memories without your account. If you lose your jewelry, simply reach out to us. We can restore your memories via your account and transfer them to a new piece of jewelry. We're happy to assist you with the process!
Where exactly is my data stored?
- Your data is securely stored on America servers that comply with the highest security and data protection standards. We take great care to protect your personal memories, using state-of-the-art technologies and protocols. You can rest assured that your data is always safe and secure.
Is it possible to save past memories on the Love Space?
- Yes, you can save past memories on your bracelet. Through the Timond site, you can upload photos, messages, videos, or other content from the past and link them to your jewelry.
Can you combine a necklace and a bracelet?
- Yes, you can add as many pieces of jewelry as you like to your Timond account, and they will all have access to the same memories.

What payment options do you offer?

Is payment on your site secure?

Delivery & shipping
How long does delivery take?
- Processing your order usually takes eight to ten business days. During peak times like Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day, there may be delays due to high demand. Additionally, our special sales events can extend processing and delivery times. For orders with custom engravings, processing typically takes an additional two to five days.
What should I do if my item is damaged during shipping?
- Please contact us through our contact form and send us photos of the damage. We will address your issue as quickly as possible and find a solution for you.
Return & problem
What if the smart functionality of a product doesn’t work?
- In case the problem persists, we welcome you to send us the product for further inspection and solutions.
Can I return the jewelry?
- Yes, you have a 30-day return. However, custom-engraved jewelry cannot be returned. Additionally, the jewelry must not be linked to an account in order to be eligible for a return. Please make sure you request the return within these conditions.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
- We apologize if there was an error and you received the wrong item. In cases where an incorrect product was delivered from us, please contact us with photographic evidence where required. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you along with a shipping label for the return of the wrong product.
What should I do if I experience system resource issues and login problems with the app?
- If you encounter a "system resource unavailable" error and have trouble logging in, try restarting your smartphone first and ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, please contact us.
