Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner—or authorized to act on behalf of one—and believe that content available on or through Timond's services infringes your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement by providing the following information in writing to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Required Information for a DMCA Notice:

  1. Description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

  2. A clear identification of the infringing material, or material that is subject to infringing activity, with enough detail to allow us to locate the content. Please include the specific URL or website location where the material appears.

  3. Your contact information, including:

    • Full legal name

    • Mailing address

    • Phone number

    • Email address (if available)

  4. The following two statements (you must include both):

    • “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).”

    • “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Important Note

Submitting a false claim or misrepresenting content as infringing may result in legal liability. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA and similar laws, individuals who knowingly submit false infringement notices may be subject to damages. We recommend speaking with a legal professional before submitting a DMCA notice.
