If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and include your order number along with details of the change you'd like to make. We’ll confirm once the update or cancellation has been processed.

Please note:
Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of being placed. After this window, your order is sent to production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

• If your order requires a design adjustment, it may take additional time to process—especially during busy holiday periods. This may result in delivery delays.
